You may only use a crawler to crawl this website as permitted by this website’s robots.txt protocol, and Ask Allen may block any crawlers in its sole discretion. Use of the Ask Allen Service requires Internet access and a compatible web browser. You agree that you are solely responsible for these requirements, including any applicable changes, updates, and fees, as well as the terms of your agreement with your Internet service provider.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Ask Allen grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view and use this website and the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

Unless otherwise specifically permitted in this Agreement, You shall not (a) sublicense, sell, transfer, assign, distribute or otherwise grant or enable access to the Service in a manner that allows access or use of the Service by any individual other than you, or to commercially exploit the Service; (b) copy, modify or create derivative works based on the Service (for the sake of clarity, inputting Your Data is not considered a creation of a derivative work); (c) reverse engineer or decompile the Service (except to the extent permitted by applicable law and only if Ask Allen fails to provide permitted interface information within a reasonable period of time after your written request); (d) copy any features, functions or graphics of the Service; (e) share your account credentials with any other person or allow your subscription to be used by more than one individual; or (f) access or use the Service except as expressly permitted under this Agreement; and (g) access or use the Service (i) to send or store infringing, obscene, threatening, or otherwise unlawful material, including material violative of third-party privacy rights; (ii) in violation of applicable laws; (iii) to send or store material knowingly or intentionally containing software viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other harmful computer code, files, scripts, or agents; (iv) in a manner that interferes with or disrupts the integrity or performance of the Service (or the data contained in the Service); or (v) to gain unauthorized access to the Service (including unauthorized features and functionality) or its related systems or networks.
Ask Allen will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the availability of the Service and components specific to and wholly controlled by Ask Allen, excluding scheduled maintenance or upgrade time. The Service is provided on an “as available” basis and Ask Allen does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. We make no warranty of the platforms that Our Service may depend upon that are utilized by the third-party providers that host the Service, including but not limited to cloud infrastructure providers, financial data aggregators, and AI model providers. From time to time, We may upgrade the Service infrastructure, which may require marginal downtime of the Service. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify Your registered administrative user by email in advance of scheduled maintenance.
Ask Allen in support of the Service shall respond to Your inquiries about the Service’s operation procedures within the established response times depending on the level of severity:
Ask Allen will escalate issues to the next level of support or management when lower severity issues become more urgent, or the impact is higher than the original severity indication. Ask Allen will inform You of the progress and any escalations throughout the support process.
Support parameters (Hawaii Standard Time) specific to the Services covered in this Agreement are as follows: email support is monitored 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday – Friday HST. Emails received outside of office hours will be collected; however, no action can be guaranteed until the next working day.
Service Requests. In support of the Services outlined in this Agreement, We will respond to service related incidents and/or requests submitted by You within the following time frames:
In no event shall Ask Allen be liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from or related to the unavailability or inaccessibility of the Service, except as expressly provided in this Agreement.
You acknowledge that you retain administrative control over to whom you grant access to Your Data hosted in the Service. Nonetheless, during the Subscription Term, Ask Allen shall maintain reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed for the physical protection, confidentiality, and integrity of Your Data. Ask Allen will not use Your Data except: (i) to provide the Services, (ii) to prevent or address service or technical problems, or (iii) unless permitted in this Agreement or as instructed by you.
Use of the Service is subject to the usage limits identified on the Ask Allen website, which may include limitations on features and functionality. If we detect or become aware that you exceed a limit, we will promptly notify you, and you shall work with Ask Allen to promptly change your usage to comply with the limit. If you fail to change your usage or to comply with the limit within thirty (30) days, or if you notify Ask Allen of your intent to continue with the excess usage, you shall pay invoices issued by Ask Allen for that excess usage. As may be reasonably requested by Ask Allen from time to time, You agree to verify, certify, or provide evidence that your use of the Service is within the applicable usage limits.
Third-party integrated Services and Sub-Processor Services are third-party products or services that are provided and managed by third-party providers and interoperate with the Service. You consent to Third-Party Integrated Services and Sub-Processor Services being integrated with the Service. Ask Allen does not provide any warranties or guarantees in its use of Third-Party Integrated Services and Sub-Processor Services that interoperate with the Service.
You have exclusive control and responsibility for determining what data and content you submit into the Service and for obtaining all necessary consents and permissions for submission of your Data and any third-party data and processing instructions to third Party Services Provider. You are further responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of all of your Data, and for the acts and omissions of any individual you permit to access your account. You shall use reasonable measures to prevent, and shall promptly notify Ask Allen of, any known or suspected unauthorized use of the Service or your account credentials.
You may use the Service to:
Except for the limited permission in the preceding paragraphs, Ask Allen does not grant you any express or implied rights or licenses under any patents, trademarks, copyrights, or other proprietary or intellectual property rights. You may not mirror any of the content from this site on another website or in any other media. Any software and other materials that are made available for downloading, access, or other use from this site with their own license terms will be governed by such terms, conditions, and notices. Your failure to comply with such terms or any of the terms on this site will result in automatic termination of any rights granted to you, without prior notice, and you must immediately destroy all copies of downloaded materials in your possession, custody or control.
You agree that at any time in our sole discretion, without notice to you and without liability of any kind, we may make improvements and/or changes to the Service, restrict or terminate your access to or use of any part or all of the Service, or refuse, move, or remove any material that you submitted to the Service.
You represent, warrant, and agree that any information or materials you submit to or post on the Service (a) shall be true, accurate, and current; (b) will not, directly or indirectly, violate, infringe or breach any duty toward or rights of any person or entity, including without limitation any copyright, trademark, service mark, trade secret, other intellectual property, publicity or privacy right; (c) will not be fraudulent, misleading, hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous, libelous, abusive, violent, threatening, profane, vulgar or obscene; (d) will not harass others, promote bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any individual or group, promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, sexual orientation or age, or otherwise interfere with another’s use of the Service; (e) will not promote illegal or harmful activities; and (f) will not be illegal, unlawful or contrary to any applicable laws or regulations where created, displayed, or accessed.
You agree not to (and not to assist any third party to): (a) engage in commercial use of the Service or any content on the Service; (b) reproduce, copy, display, screen grab, take pictures or videos of, store, perform, re-post, publish, transmit, distribute, sell, offer for sale, license, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, create derivative works, or otherwise use any portion of the content or Software offered on the Service for other than your own personal, non-commercial use; (c) remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices contained in or on the Service or any content or other material obtained via the Service or any services on the Service; (d) use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other automated device, process or means to access, retrieve or index any portion of the Service; (e) collect or harvest any information about other users for any purpose; (f) reformat or frame any portion of the web pages that are part of the Service; (g) create user accounts by automated means or under false, misleading or fraudulent pretenses; (h) create or transmit unwanted electronic communications such as “spam” to other users or otherwise interfere with other users’ enjoyment of the Service; (i) transmit any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses or other items of a destructive nature; (j) use the Service to violate the security of any computer network, crack passwords or security encryption codes, or transfer or store illegal material; (k) copy or modify the HTML code used to generate web pages on the Service; (l) use any device, software or procedure that interferes with the proper working of the Service, or otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Service; (m) take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our IT infrastructure; (n) modify, adapt, translate, or reverse engineer any portion of the Service; (o) use the Service to violate any law or regulation; or (p) use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited or unauthorized by these Terms of Use.
To use the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:
You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
On first use of the Service, you need to create an account using email/password, Sign in with Google, or phone number verification. A user profile is created in the Ask Allen backend (Firebase Authentication + Firestore).
The system records:
No payment method is required to begin the trial.
All new users receive a 30-day free trial of the full Service. The trial is managed internally (tracked in the application database), not by the billing platform. When the free trial expires without a subscription, the user retains read-only access to historical data, but active features (AI chat, bank syncing, new transaction entry) are disabled.
The free trial shall expire automatically after 30 days. No payment method is required during the trial.
The Service is offered at $24.99 per month or $249.99 per year. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Ask Allen LLC is the merchant of record. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period; a pre-renewal notification email will be sent before each renewal.
At the end of the 30-day trial, the user is presented with a subscription prompt to subscribe at the monthly or yearly rate. If the user takes no action, active features are suspended until a subscription is activated. Financial data is retained and remains accessible upon resubscription. No data is deleted.
Active subscribers have access to:
At the end of the trial, the user is billed at the selected rate ($24.99/month or $249.99/year). Billing continues until cancelled. The user manages their subscription through the Ask Allen website.
Key ongoing behaviors:
Cancellation: The user can cancel their subscription at any time through the Ask Allen dashboard settings. Access continues through the end of the paid period. After expiration, the account enters a read-only state — Ask Allen is not available for new queries, but historical data remains accessible. If the user resubscribes, full access is restored immediately. No data is deleted upon cancellation.
Account deletion: The user may request deletion of their account and all associated data through the in-app account settings. Upon confirmed deletion, all personal and financial data is purged from Ask Allen systems in accordance with applicable privacy law (including CCPA). Plaid access tokens are revoked.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your account settings.
Refunds: Refunds are governed by Section 9.4.
Price Changes: We may change subscription pricing. We will provide advance notice before any price changes take effect.
Adjustment of Subscription Terms: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate any subscription service or replace, change, or update any part of these subscription terms at any time. This includes, but is not limited to, changing the scope of the subscription services, subscription fees, billing methods, and service features.
Price Changes: We may adjust the pricing for our subscription services at any time at our sole discretion. Any price changes will take effect following email notice to you or an announcement on our service platform.
Notification of Changes: We will provide advance notice before any new subscription terms or price changes take effect. Notification will be sent to the email address associated with your account or will be prominently displayed on our service platform.
Continued Use After Changes: Your continued use of the subscription service after the notice period constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to cancel your subscription before the new terms or prices take effect.
Cancellation Rights: If you do not wish to continue with the subscription under the new terms or pricing, you may cancel your subscription by following the cancellation procedures provided in your account settings or as otherwise provided in our service communications.
Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will lose access to active subscription features after the end of your current billing cycle, and no further charges will be applied to your account for the cancelled subscription service.
Ask Allen LLC is the merchant of record for all subscriptions. Payment processing is handled through Stripe. Ask Allen does not store credit card numbers — Stripe processes and stores all payment method information.

You are responsible for paying Ask Allen for all monthly and yearly Fees (“Fees”) to subscribe to use the Service each month the Term is in effect as set forth on our website. Subscriptions are processed via Stripe Checkout at $24.99/month or $249.99/year. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period; a pre-renewal notification email will be sent before each renewal.
By subscribing to use the Service, You agree to pay Ask Allen’s applicable fees. Unless otherwise provided in writing by Us, You will pay all fees due prior to the Term commencing according to the prices and terms listed on our website. Payment shall be made in U.S. Dollars. Fees are based on the Services purchased and not actual usage. Fees for any additional Services purchased during the Contract Term will be prorated for the remaining time of the monthly or yearly period in which they were purchased.
If your use of the Service: (a) exceeds any applicable usage limits set forth on the website; or (b) otherwise requires the payment of additional fees (per the terms of this Agreement), You shall be billed for such usage and You agree to pay the additional fees in the manner provided herein. Ask Allen reserves the right to change pricing or applicable charges and to institute new charges and fees at the end of the Initial Term or then-current Renewal Term, upon 30 days prior notice to You (which may be sent by email). If You believe that Ask Allen has billed You incorrectly, You must contact Ask Allen no later than 60 days after the closing date on the first billing statement in which the error or problem appeared, in order to receive an adjustment or credit. Inquiries should be directed to Ask Allen’s support department.
You can request a 30-day money-back refund on your first subscription payment. You shall not be entitled to any refunds on subscriptions made during any subscription renewal periods. A pre-renewal notification email will be sent before each renewal.
To cancel a subscription, you must use the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from the Ask Allen dashboard settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The user retains full control until cancellation.
You acknowledge that purchases under this Agreement are not contingent on the delivery of future features or functionality.
Our subscription plans’ billing frequency/term is monthly or yearly. 30 days from the Effective Date is the initial term for a monthly subscription (the “Monthly Term”). One year from the Effective Date is the initial term for a yearly subscription (the “Yearly Term”). For the avoidance of doubt, monthly subscription plans are for an initial period of 30 days and will thereafter automatically renew for successive 30-day periods. You must provide five (5) days’ notice to terminate the agreement if you choose the monthly term subscription plan. The yearly one (1) year terms shall automatically renew for successive twelve (12) month periods unless either party gives the other written notice of non-renewal at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the then-current term. Pricing during renewal terms shall be increased by up to 5% per year for each sequential year at Our discretion.
Either party can terminate this agreement for convenience by providing one (1) day’s notice, in accordance with the Terms. You can only terminate for convenience during the initial subscription period and not in any additional renewal subscription periods.
This Agreement shall terminate upon any breach of the Terms by You, in accordance with the Terms.
Upon termination, (i) you shall cease any and all use of the Service and You shall relinquish to Us or destroy any and all parts of the Service in Your control, and (ii) all rights, licenses, consents and authorizations granted by Us to You will immediately terminate. The termination of this Agreement shall not limit Our rights or remedies at law or in equity. After expiration, the account enters read-only mode: historical data visible but active features (AI chat, bank syncing, new transaction entry, reports) disabled.
Ask Allen may suspend delivery of the Service, without liability, if: (i) You fail to pay any amounts due hereunder to Us, and nonpayment continues for more than thirty (30) days from when notice is given to You by Us; (ii) We reasonably believe that the Services are being used in violation of this Agreement; (iii) You do not cooperate with Our reasonable investigation of any suspected violation of this Agreement; (iv) there is an attack on Your account by a third party, Your account is accessed or manipulated by a third party without Your consent, or there is another event for which We reasonably believe that the suspension of the Services is necessary to protect Our network or other users; or (v) required by law. We shall use commercially reasonable efforts to give You reasonable notice of a suspension of the Service unless immediate suspension is necessary to protect Us or other users from imminent significant operational or security risk.
If You discover any material defect with the Service, You must notify Ask Allen in writing, and as your sole and exclusive remedy and Ask Allen’s sole obligation, Ask Allen will either use reasonable efforts to correct any such defect within sixty (60) days of the date the defect was reported, or create a workaround so as to fix the material defect affected in the Software. If Ask Allen is unable to correct or fix the defect in the Software, and the defect renders the Software unusable, You shall be entitled to terminate the Agreement and Ask Allen shall issue a pro-rata refund of Subscription Fees for the remaining term of the Agreement. Refund of any such fees is contingent upon your best efforts cooperation in assisting Ask Allen to determine the extent of the defect.
Treatment of your data after termination or expiration of this Agreement is addressed in our Privacy Policy.
Upon early termination of this Agreement by You under Section 10.6 for Ask Allen’s uncured material breach, You are entitled to a prorated refund of prepaid fees relating to the Service applicable to the remaining period in the applicable Subscription Term. Upon early termination of this Agreement by Ask Allen under Section 10.3, fees relating to the Service applicable to the duration of any applicable Subscription Term shall become immediately due and payable by You. In addition, upon expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason: (a) all subscription rights granted under this Agreement, Ask Allen’s obligation to provide the Services, and Your right to access or receive the Services, will terminate; and (b) Your Data will be available for retrieval and deleted pursuant to our Privacy Policy. The sections titled “Disclaimer of Warranties,” “Limitation of Liability,” “Indemnification,” and “Confidentiality and Sensitive Data” will survive.
You acknowledge that the Services utilize automated systems, including machine learning models (collectively the “LLMs”) and rules-based classification engines, to analyze financial transaction data and generate categorizations, spending summaries, budgeting suggestions, alerts, and related financial insights (“AI Output”).
AI Output is probabilistic in nature and is generated based on patterns detected in available data. The Services may apply confidence-based scoring methodologies when classifying transactions; however, classifications may be incorrect despite commercially reasonable efforts to optimize accuracy.
The Services may receive transaction data from third-party financial data aggregators, including but not limited to Plaid, and from financial institutions connected by You.
You acknowledge that:
Ask Allen does not control and is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data supplied by financial institutions or third-party aggregators.
Due to the nature of automated classification systems:
You are responsible for reviewing transaction classifications and confirming accuracy before relying on them for financial decision-making, accounting, tax reporting, or compliance purposes.
Ask Allen shall not be liable for losses arising from transaction misclassification, merchant description inaccuracies, or downstream financial decisions based on AI Output.
Spending summaries, trend analyses, averages, and similar calculations are generated from available transaction data at a given point in time and may:
Accordingly, all spending totals, budget progress indicators, and related analytics are informational estimates only and may differ from actual account balances or financial institution records.
Cash flow projections, future balance forecasts, and related predictive analytics are estimates generated based on:
These projections are inherently uncertain and forward-looking.
Projected balances and cash flow estimates:
Ask Allen makes no representation or warranty that any projected balance or forecasted cash flow will be achieved.
Projection data and forecasts should not be relied upon as the sole basis for financial decisions, including but not limited to payment timing, borrowing decisions, investment decisions, tax planning, or contractual commitments.
You remain solely responsible for verifying account balances directly with financial institutions before making financial commitments.
The Services provide automated financial insights and general financial education. The Services do not:
Nothing in the AI Output constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial instrument. Any discussion of savings strategies, budgeting adjustments, or financial optimization is for informational and educational purposes only.
The Services may classify inflows using internal taxonomies such as “earned income,” “investment income,” “transfer,” “distribution,” “reimbursement,” “loan proceeds,” or similar labels.
These labels are generated algorithmically for organizational and analytical purposes only.
Such classifications:
Users are solely responsible for determining the proper tax treatment of income and should consult a qualified tax professional, CPA, or attorney for authoritative classification and reporting guidance.
Ask Allen disclaims any liability arising from reliance on AI-generated income classifications for tax reporting or compliance purposes.
The Service may calculate and display a net worth figure based on a combination of (i) account balances retrieved through Plaid, (ii) user-entered asset values (including but not limited to real property, vehicles, business interests, collectibles, and investment positions not connected via Plaid), and (iii) user-entered liability balances. Net worth figures:
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of values you enter, for updating those values over time, and for verifying any net worth figure independently before relying on it for any financial, legal, or tax decision. Ask Allen disclaims any liability arising from reliance on net worth calculations generated by the Service.
The Service permits you to manually enter transactions, asset values, liability balances, projected future income and expenses, recurring charge schedules, and other financial data (“User-Entered Data”). Ask Allen processes User-Entered Data as provided and does not independently verify its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
You acknowledge that:
Ask Allen disclaims any liability arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated User-Entered Data, or from outputs derived from such data.
The Service may permit you to export financial data in formats intended for use by you or a tax professional (a “Tax Prep Export”), as well as other reports including but not limited to income summaries, spending summaries, cash flow reports, transaction histories, and net worth statements (collectively, “Reports”). Reports and the Tax Prep Export:
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any tax return, financial statement, or other document prepared using Reports or the Tax Prep Export. Ask Allen disclaims any liability arising from reliance on Reports or the Tax Prep Export, including any tax penalty, interest, audit cost, or other consequence resulting from the use of such outputs.
The Service permits you to organize transactions and accounts across multiple entities, including personal, business, and rental property contexts. You acknowledge and agree that:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES AND ALL AI OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” ASK ALLEN DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING:
The Service allows you to connect bank accounts and financial institutions through Plaid. By using Plaid, you agree to Plaid’s terms and privacy policy.
Ask Allen does not store your bank login credentials. Plaid may access and transmit your financial account information to us in accordance with Plaid’s authorization process.
You acknowledge that financial account data may be delayed, incomplete, duplicated, inaccurate, or unavailable. Ask Allen is not responsible for errors caused by:
Ask Allen is not responsible for the accuracy of transaction data sourced from banks via Plaid and that such data may contain inaccurate or incomplete merchant descriptions, and that use of AI through the Service may occasionally misclassify transactions.

All of your Data has been designed, created and provided solely by you without the participation or involvement of Ask Allen. You are responsible for any actions you take with respect to Your Data, including uploading it to the Service or using the Service to share or otherwise make available your Data to third party vendors. You are responsible for ensuring that you have all the rights and permissions needed for both you, Ask Allen and third party vendors to use your Data in connection with the Service and to enable third party vendors to upload or use your Data related to the Services and to permit Ask Allen to maintain and process all of your Data. Ask Allen shall not be liable to You or any third-parties for any loss, damage or expense whatsoever and howsoever arising from any of Your Data that is entered into the Service by You or by an entity such as a third party vendor on your behalf. You acknowledge that Ask Allen will rely on the accuracy of your Data provided by you to Third Party Vendors as it performs its requested functions under this Agreement. You acknowledge that you own all of Your Data or have all rights to grant such licenses to Ask Allen and other users including third party vendors to use Your Data in furtherance of providing the Service without infringement or violation of any third party rights. Ask Allen provides no warranties, representations or indemnification to you for your access to, and use of Your Data. You consent to Ask Allen using Your Data when integrating with third party Service providers to perform Services on Ask Allen’s behalf relating to the functionality of the Service.
You grant a revocable license and consent to Ask Allen to store and process Your Data and use Your Data that you upload to the Service or provide to third party vendors that is uploaded to the Service or that we may collect about you through the Service, in compliance with Our Privacy Policy. You grant a revocable license and consent to users including third party vendors using Your Data in conjunction with their use of the Service.
“User Input” means any information, prompts, financial account data, transaction records, financial goals, preferences, edits, or other data including Your Data you submit, upload, link, or transmit to the Service.
“Output” means AI-generated responses, insights, summaries, categorizations, budgeting suggestions, educational explanations, or other content generated by the Service in response to User Input.
“User Content” means User Input and associated materials provided by you through the Service.
“Usage Data” means technical, diagnostic, and interaction data relating to your access to and use of the Service, including device information, feature usage, session activity, log files, performance data, and analytics metrics.
“Aggregated / De-Identified Data” means data compiled from multiple users’ De-Identified Data that does not identify and cannot reasonably be used to identify any specific individual or account.
“Derived Data” means data, insights, statistical patterns, categorizations, scoring logic, embeddings, and model improvements generated by the Service from User Content or Usage Data that do not identify you personally.
“Opt-In Consent” means an affirmative, explicit, and informed action by you indicating agreement to the use of Your Data for Training, such as selecting an unchecked box, executing an addendum, or enabling a feature setting.
Derived Data:
“Merchant Reference Database” (or “Shared Lookup Table”) means Ask Allen’s internal database of standardized merchant names, merchant classifications, verification flags, category mappings, risk indicators, and related reference information derived from De-Identified Data across users.

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact Ask Allen at legal@askallen.ai (or other designated email) and provide a description of the dispute. We will attempt to resolve the issue informally within 60 days.
If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If arbitration is found unenforceable, disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in State of Hawaii, Hawaii County, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if:

Ask Allen will immediately delete your data upon account deletion request, which includes: user profile document, all transaction records, connected account records, user settings and preferences, personal merchant mappings, chat history with Allen, and Firebase Authentication record.
Revoked immediately: all Plaid access tokens (via Plaid API /item/remove for each connected institution). This cuts off any further access to your bank data.

You acknowledge that your access to and use of the artificial intelligence features, models, tools, and services provided under this Agreement (collectively, the “AI Services”) may be subject to federal, state, and local artificial intelligence, consumer protection, privacy, and algorithmic accountability laws and regulations, including but not limited to: (i) the New York Responsible AI Safety and Education Act (“RAISE Act”); (ii) applicable California artificial intelligence, automated decision-making, privacy, and consumer protection laws and regulations, including the California Consumer Privacy Act and its implementing regulations (“CCPA”); and (iii) the Colorado Artificial Intelligence Act and related laws governing high-risk or automated decision systems (collectively, the “AI Laws”).
You shall be solely responsible for ensuring that its use, deployment, configuration, training, fine-tuning, integration, and reliance upon outputs of the AI Services complies with all applicable AI Laws, as amended from time to time.
Without limiting the foregoing, You represent, warrant, and covenant that you shall, as applicable:
Ask Allen does not provide legal, regulatory, or compliance advice, does not determine your AI use cases, and does not monitor or control your deployment of the AI Services. You assume all responsibility and liability for compliance with the AI Laws and any enforcement actions, investigations, or claims arising from your use of the AI Services.
You shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ask Allen and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, regulatory inquiries, investigations, enforcement actions, penalties, fines, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your failure to comply with the AI Laws or your deployment or use of the AI Services.
Ask Allen may suspend or terminate your access to the AI Services upon reasonable notice if Ask Allen determines that your use of the AI Services creates a material risk of non-compliance with the AI Laws or exposes Ask Allen to regulatory, legal, or reputational harm.
Upon reasonable notice and no more than once annually (unless required by a regulator or in connection with a suspected material violation), Ask Allen may audit or require You to provide written certifications, reports, or documentation reasonably necessary to verify your compliance with the AI Laws and its obligations under the Artificial Intelligence Regulatory Compliance provision of this Agreement.
Such audit may include, as applicable, review of your AI governance policies, impact or risk assessments, bias or discrimination evaluations, human oversight procedures, user disclosures, and records relating to your deployment and use of the AI Services. Audits may be conducted by Ask Allen or an independent third party designated by Ask Allen and shall be subject to reasonable confidentiality obligations.
You shall cooperate in good faith with any audit and promptly remediate any identified non-compliance at its own expense. If an audit reveals a material violation of the AI Laws or this Agreement, You shall reimburse Ask Allen for the reasonable costs of the audit and Ask Allen may exercise its suspension or termination rights under this Agreement.
Nothing in this Section shall be construed to impose on Ask Allen any obligation to monitor, supervise, or ensure your compliance with the AI Laws, nor shall an audit or failure to audit limit your responsibility or liability for compliance.
